Knowing What is a "HECK YES" or a "HELL NO"

INTENTIONALITY: The act of doing something with thought, deliberation, and purpose.

I like to think of being intentional as being all in or all out, a heck yes or a hell no.

Being INTENTIONAL, gets easier when we have taken time to identify what our core values and passions or our stamp of weird is.

Our stamp of weird is little whims or facets that are just so YOU and so ME and our core values are the things that are important to us. Things we believe in over time and stand for unapologetically.

How do we do this? When someone or something comes along that doesn’t match up with a core value or our stamp of weird  – we have permission to say “NO”. No, I’m sorry I don’t have time for that. No, I don’t want to do that, or simply no thank you.

On the other hand, when something comes along that DOES match up with a core value or our stamp of weird – we have permission to say “HECK YES”.

Even if we think no one else will think its o.k. to pursue our passions. We have permission to do so. Even if our core values don’t align with our friends’ or family’s core values, if they are OUR core values, we can say yes to those values without explaining them to anyone.

Commit to yourself that you will do the work to identify your core values and have fun identifying your stamp of weird.

Then when things do or don’t align with who you are you will KNOW if something is a “HECK YES” or a “HELL NO” and be able to move forward with more intentionality in your life.

See you next week my friends!

I’m a relationship coach who helps you prioritize yourself without guilt and worry and I have one on one coaching spots available.

What is a life coach?

  • Somebody who holds a compassionate, safe space for you to share your thoughts and feelings.

  • Somebody who provides you an extra pair of eyes on your brain, increasing your awareness of your thoughts.

  • Somebody who teaches you an alternate way of thinking when the ways you have been thinking in the past no longer serve you.

  • Somebody who believes you can get the outcomes you want in your life and will be your cheerleader every step of the way.

  • Somebody who challenges you to dream bigger and step into the future version of you.

  • Somebody who will say things you won’t want to hear but will always say them with love and compassion.

  • This is an investment in yourself that you deserve.
