How Coaching Works

  • Sign up for your free coaching call.  This is a simple conversation between us.  My goal is for us to see if we would be a good fit for each other and for you to walk away with something useful after our time, even if we don't work together.

  • Together we create a plan for how to stop focusing on everyone else on your life and put the focus on the person who matters most - YOU!

  • Begin each day feeling stronger and more able to face what challenges life throws your way.

Where we meet.

We meet by Zoom once every other week for a 50 minute session.  How long we work together is up to you. Each individual's journey will be different.  I'm happy to walk along side you and provide support as you work towards your goals for a better life for as long as you need support.

Coaching vs. Therapy.

We may occasionally discuss the past, but only to gain perspective of what is keeping you from moving forward.  In coaching, we find clarity by looking at how our minds are working in the present moment.  You will learn strategies that will bring greater self-awareness, help you become a student of yourself, and learn tools to change your results.
